grief2Tyson went from the picture of health – a vibrant, healthy, strong, sound 10 year old male Doberman to no longer on this earth in 3 weeks time.  It was sickening how quickly the histiocytic sarcoma ravaged his body.  It was downright cruel.  One of the vets I spoke with said we were dealt the beginning and the end all at the same time. That about sums it up.

Along the way I dealt with some great vets, and some that shouldn’t even be allowed to practice veterinary medicine on an insect.

To that very special person, who surprised me that awful day at the specialist’s office, and sat with Tyson and me all day, words can not express my gratitude and love. I asked you to please not remember Tyson the way you saw him that day – please remember him as he was in the small sampling of photos below.

Jan 19, 2005 – Feb 24, 2015  I miss you buddy.

A very appropriate tshirt for a very sad day

Tyson

I really really miss this face. Tyson would sit in front of the stove across from the island where we ate.
