It was smokin’ hot in Kalamazoo Michigan over the 2018 Memorial Day holiday. Temperature was in the mid-upper 90’s and the dogs were busy all weekend long! From barnhunt, to splashes over at dock diving, to the breed ring, it was a fun, hot weekend for all.
Mirabel Here in Time v ADAMAS OF OA OAJ CA RATO WAC, “Prada”, was High in Trial four trials to finish her Open Barnhunt title. Prada is owned by Kim Langley and co-owned with Elizabeth Barrett.
What does it take to earn an Open Barnhunt title?
Mirabel Love Story, “Willow”, also played in barnhunt. She finished her Novice title with co-owner Irene Wilcox. She moved right up to Open where she did really well. No Open Q’s, but solid performances nonetheless.
Mirabel Endless Love, “Willow”, was awarded a major under judge Dana Cline. She was also reserve winners bitch to a major two times this weekend.
Judge Dana Cline’s choice for Best of Breed was Ch. Mirabel Endless Love, “Diana” aka The Pink Princess. Picking sister Willow as winners bitch for a major while Diana went Best of Breed was a really special day! Aunt Prada won her Open Black class as well.
