#ThePinkPrincess Diana competed in the Top 20 event where the Top 20 conformation Dobermans in the country compete head to head. Such a special evening with my special girl.  Each dog has their spotlight time in the ring at which time the announcer reads their write up.  Here is Diana’s Top 20 write up:

Diana taught us all about magic in Oct 2019 when she won the National breeder-owner-handled. #ThePinkPrincess owned it from the time we walked into the building, and she got better each time she stepped into the ring.

I held her as she was born. I held her when she first opened her eyes.  I held her when she heard our voices for the first time.  I held her lead for her first training class, her 1st point, and the day she finished. I held her lead when she won breeds, specialties, groups, Best in Show, and performance titles. I held her lead when she won the 2019 National. We held her as she looked for comfort while whelping.

How lucky we are to get to hold her, and now we hold her puppies.

Dear Diana – You take our breath away and we love you so much, our sweet girl. We may hold you, but you hold our hearts.

We want to thank everyone for their support and love for Diana. So many people played a part in Diana’s successes but a special thanks to Sean, Kris, Jocelyn, Mary Jo, Barbara, Christine, Andy, Colleen, Diego, Esteban, Ronnie and Terry.

Follow your dreams – they know the way…

Seraphin Rise Up With Alisaton

I received the 2nd highest number of votes from the DPCA members and had the honor of judging Regional Sweepstakes.  There is no better way to spend a few hours other than judging so many beautiful young Dobermans. In the end, my Best in Sweepstakes winner was Seraphin Rise Up With Alisaton. Breeder: James Warych/Diane Schmitt/Carissa DeMilta-Shimpeno/Gwen DeMilta  Owner: Grahm Miller/J Warych/C Shimpeno/G Demilta/D Schmitt. This beautiful red head was handled by Carissa Shimpeno. Thank you to all members who voted for me. I am grateful.
