The 2024 DPCA National took place in Kingsport, TN, bringing together Doberman enthusiasts from across the country and around the world. It was wonderful to be back, reconnecting with friends and celebrating our shared passion for the breed at this special annual gathering.
Demi, Dolly, Fiery, and Ice
Demi and Dolly made it through the 1st cut at both the Regional and National. Fiery and Ice were only shown at the Regional where they also made it through the first cut.

Isa racked up Q’s in her scent trials at the National in addition to winning the Amateur Owner Handler black class at the National. Congrats Niccole!
Steffi
Steffi (Peyton x Diana) qualified for a CD leg placing 4th. Congrats Lisa and Steffi!
Ice at the Top 20 and JEC
I had the honor of showing Ice at the Top 20 conformation event for breeders Christine Tartar and Susan Kershaw and owners Rick and Irene Wilcox. This year’s Top 20 judges were Ashlee Clagett, Shane Hooper and John Schoeneman.
Each year at the National, the Judges Education Committee hosts seminars to educate prospective judges on evaluating the Doberman. One of the best opportunities for these judges to see exceptional Dobermans up close is through the Top 20 showcase. Ice and I were honored to be invited to present for the judges!
