The 2025 DPCA National in Wichita Falls, TX was another unforgettable gathering of Doberman lovers from near and far. There’s nothing quite like spending the week surrounded by friends, beautiful dogs, and the spirit of our breed.

Dolly made it through to the finals at the Regional under judge John Schoeneman and through the 1st cut at the National under judge George Marquis.

Diana was shown in the Veteran Sweeps where she was awarded Best Veteran in Sweeps. Thank you breeder judge Hillary Zimmerman, Dezperado Dobermans. She won her Veteran bitch class under Michael Gelinas and went on to win an Award of Merit under judge John Schoeneman.

Della was the star this year at 6 1/2 months old!

She started out by winning Best in Sweepstakes in an entry of 93 under breeder judge Hillary Zimmerman (Dezparado). She placed 2nd in her regular Regional Bred by Exhibitor puppy black class under Michael Gelinas (Ruler).

Mary Dependahl (Ravenswoods) was our Futurity judge this year and she gave Della her 6-9 black bitch class and then Reserve 6-9 month puppy. The 6-9 month puppy dog went on to win Grand Prize Futurity! Congrats to Gary and Theresa Lutz!

At the National under judge Paula Nykiel, Della went WINNERS BITCH from the Bred By Exhibitor puppy black class in an entry of 127 bitches at only 6 1/2 months of age.
