We showed Sat and Sun in Huntington, WV over the weekend and happy to report that Zini went Winners Bitch, Best of Winners and Best of Breed both days, owner-handled! Thanks to judges Sharon Smith and Dr. Harry Smith (who is 94 years young!) who awarded Zini a couple more points towards her AKC Championship. In her last 6 outings, she’s been Winners Bitch (or better) 4 times and Reserve Winners Bitch once. Not too shabby for the little red princess.

It was a hot weekend, but the dogs stayed cool with the help of their portable Ryobi fan. If you don’t have one, I highly suggest them. The lithium battery is lightweight and lasts for hours. The fan is ultra portable and really moves the air.
Tyson went along for the ride both days. On Sunday, some friends wanted to see him so he got to strut his stuff after Zini did her winning in the ring. Here’s Tyson at 6 1/2 years of age completely self-stacked showing everyone he’s still got “it”. I just love this boy.
